About This Role

We are hiring a confident and energetic female professional to manage our outbound calling and social media presence. You will connect with potential clients over the phone, generate qualified leads, and run our social media accounts to grow Xelent's brand and inbound inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate qualified leads
Maintain lead records and follow up consistently until closure or handover
Manage Xelent's social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
Plan, write, and schedule engaging posts in coordination with the design team
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally and promptly
Report weekly on outreach activity, lead quality, and social media engagement

Requirements

Excellent spoken and written communication in English and Urdu
Confident, pleasant phone manner and persuasive communication style
1+ year of experience in telemarketing, client outreach, or social media management preferred
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram business tools
Basic content writing skills for posts and captions
