About This Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth, build client relationships, and identify new market opportunities. You will play a key role in expanding our presence in both local and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans
  • Collaborate with technical teams on proposals
  • Represent Xelent at industry events and conferences

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in business development or sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in the IT/software industry preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
